"Ty" Morrow is now the Chief of Police for the City of Bryan, Texas. Prior to his appointment as the Chief, Murrow worked for the Fairfax County Police Department in Fairfax. He rose through the ranks there before retiring as a Major and Director of the Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy. Morrow has a 27-year background in law enforcement and the recipient of several local, state, national, and international awards.

Richard Ottinger, Norfolk; lawyer, co-chairman of the Virginia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Disaster Assistance Relief Committee.

Matthew Peanort, Richmond, city manager’s liaison to city council; vice president, Urban League of Greater Richmond Young Professionals Network.

Michael Sclesinger, Falls Church, International copyright and trademark lawyer; also Vice President and Associate General Counsel of the International Intellectual Property Alliance (IIPA), a consortium of copyright-based trade associations; was a teaching fellow in Japan for three years.
Michael is an international copyright and trademark lawyer; also counsel for the International Intellectual Property Alliance (IIPA). He was a teaching fellow in Japan for three years, and now teaches copyright at George Washington University School of Law.
