Andrew is the Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs and Policy Advisor in the Office of Gov. McDonnell. Andrew has filled several other roles in the McDonnell administration, as well as working on McDonnell's campaign for Governor. 

He is a former member of the Republican Party of Virginia's State Central Executive Committee and a former State Chairman of the College Republican Federation of Virginia.
