Delegate Shannon Valentine of Lynchburg, a graduate of the Political Leaders Program Class of 2005, was a guest on "Charlottesville—Right Now!" yesterday.
Shannon discussed in detail her autism study bill, which would be the first of its kind in Virginia. Autism now effects every 1 in 150 children in America.
