PODCAST: Hertzberg and Brookhiser, Va. Book Festival, 3.20.10

On March 20, the Sorensen Institute was proud to host "A Conversation from the Left and the Right" as part of the Virginia Festival of the Book. Bob Gibson (center) moderated a discussion between Hendrik Hertzberg (left) of the New Yorker magazine and Richard Brookhiser (right) of National Review magazine. Over 200 people turned out at UVA's Culbreth Theater for the event. Topics ranged from the vision of the founding fathers to American foreign policy to health insurance reform. He is currently the Director of YRichmond, which helps to bring college interns to Virginia's capital city. In September 2007 Brian made the annual "Top 40 Under 40" list in Richmond's Style Weekly magazine.
