CLP's Hooper Earns MA

Congratulations to Elizabeth Hooper, a graduate of the College Leaders Program Class of 2006. This past Sunday Elizabeth earned her Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Center for Public Administration and Policy at Virginia Tech.
She has completed a number of policy studies on economic development and regional collaboration in various regions throughout the Commonwealth. She also successfully defended her Master Thesis in April, entitled Running with the PAC: Influence and Accountability in Political Action Committees.
