Favorite part about the job: Helping people achieve their dreams with a wide array of financial services.
Your first job ever? Outside of general farm labor as a kid, my first job washing cars at Larry’s Auto in Lebanon, VA.
Favorite book? 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey
Favorite movie? Animal House
Comfort food? Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter.
What's in your car CD player right now? The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale.
Next journey? A family vacation to Isle of Palms near Charleston, South Carolina.
Favorite Virginia vacation spot? Breaks Interstate Park (dubbed “The Grand Canyon of the South”)
First political memory? Tagging along behind my dad as he worked the polls on election day in November 1971.
Whom do you admire and why? My former priest Fr. Bob Krenick. I admire him for his courage, stamina, and positive attitude as he continues the battle against acute leukemia that he has battled for over 3 years. He continues to be a substitute priest when priests in the area are on vacation, etc.

Describe a perfect day. Spending the day with my family hiking the Appalachian Trail.
One thing most people might be surprised to learn about you? I have snorkeled in the open ocean with whale sharks near the island of Utila, Honduras.
Ambition, political or otherwise? To have my own real estate agency and to serve as a board member on the Coalfield Economic Development Authority Board. I also intend to obtain my commercial pilots license and give aerial sightseeing tours.
