Rozzell Named 2009 Soros Justice Fellow

Liane Rozzell (PLP 08) has received a 2009 Soros Justice Fellowship from the Open Society Institute. According to the press release, Liane will "build an organization of families, youth and community allies to reform Virginia's juvenile justice system.  Her project will support, inform, empower, and mobilize families of youth involved with the system, enabling them to be more effective advocates for their own children and for juvenile justice reform at the state and local level."
