PODCAST: Sorensen Event, Bob Gibson
Sep 9 2008 - 9:25pm

On Monday evening, September 8, the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership hosted JFK speechwriter and adviser Ted Sorensen at a private event in Charlottesville. More than 175 Sorensen Institute alumni and friends were on hand to hear Mr. Sorensen discuss his work in the Kennedy White House which he has documented in his new, best-selling book, Counselor: Life at the Edge of History. Mr. Sorensen is the younger brother to Tom Sorensen for whom the Sorensen Institute is named.
In this brief podcast, Executive Director Bob Gibson welcomed the gathering, which assembled in the ballroom of the Farmington Country Club.
