PODCAST: Kimberly Dozier at Monticello

CBS News journalist and University of Virginia graduate Kimberly Dozier was the featured speaker at Thomas Jefferson's Monticello this past Sunday evening. The event was sponsored by the Thomas Jefferson Foundation and the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership.
The title of Kimberly's talk was "Media Under Siege." She discussed in detail the car bomb attack of May 2006 that she survived but that took the lives of others standing nearby. She also spoke candidly about the war in Iraq and the role of the media in wartime.
This podcast includes welcoming remarks by Foundation President Dan Jordan and Sorensen's Executive Director Sean O'Brien. Coy Barefoot of the Sorensen Institute introduces Kimberly. The audio also includes the full Q&A that followed Kimberly's remarks.
