April Auger

April serves as the Coordinator of Sorensen's recruitment efforts throughout Virginia.  In this role she has primary responsibility for coordinating and executing recruitment and outreach efforts for all Sorensen programs. She also serves as the Manager for our College and High School Leaders Programs.

April is a graduate of Lee University where she earned a degree in Public Relations.  While at Lee she studied Spanish in Chile, served on the Greek Council Board, coordinated community service events for her sorority and mentored teenage girls through various programs.  April has been fortunate to travel many places both abroad and within the U.S. Her travel experiences have broadened her perspective and thus created a deeper commitment to impacting those in her community.  She recognizes the importance of strong, value-driven leadership, and that is what has drawn her to Sorensen.
